Balancing Toner – 8 oz.
This unique formula not only helps tighten pores, but also provides all day protection from the irritating chemicals in the environment. Applied after cleansing. Hydrates and balances the skin’s pH. Soothes irritated skin immediately and protects it from further sensitivity. Preconditions for maximal skin renewal with Oasis Skin by PowerPeel’s Sheer Moisturizer or Deep Moisturizer.
